    Leadership and Management Team

    Barbara J. Stankowski

    President & Chief Executive Officer, Captain, U.S. Navy (Ret)

    Ms. Barbara Stankowski completed a distinguished 28-year career in the U.S. Navy in 1998. Prior to establishing AMTIS, Inc. she worked as a training and education consultant bringing over 30 years of program management, training development and IT operations experience to the company. She is a leader development expert, exceptional coach, speaker and facilitator.

    Barbara holds a Master’s of Science in Computer Science from the Naval Postgraduate School and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University. She is a graduate of the Joint Forces Staff College, was a Senior Fellow at the Naval Postgraduate School 1998-1999 and was inducted as a Penn State Alumni Fellow in 1996.

    Linda Albright

    Chief Financial Officer of AMTIS, Inc. Linda brings over 30 years of government contracting, accounting and finance experience to AMTIS. She has worked in various capacities in the government contracting environment including; 3 years in contracts for the US Navy, 10 years auditing with Defense Contract Audit Agency, and 15 years working as Government Compliance, Controller, and Vice President of Finance and Accounting.

    Linda graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in Business and Accounting. She also received certification as Certified Public Accountant from the State of Mississippi.

    Jerry Chase, PMP

    Jerry Chase

    Jerry completed a distinguished 23 year career in the U.S. Navy in 2005. While serving, he held positions as Assistant Program Manager for PEO SHIPS and as a Contracting Officer Representative for various Contractor Operations and Maintenance contracts. He has over 14 years of experience in DoD Contracting as a contractor and as Government. He has experience managing programs for all armed services, FDA, VBA, CDC, and DOL through all phases of the project management life cycle. As a certified Project Management Professional he has trained and managed other Program Managers, established corporate program management policies and procedures, and has assisted with obtaining and retaining CMMI and ISO 9001 corporate certifications. He brings a wealth of knowledge regarding program management, life cycle management, contracts/subcontracts management, proposal development, marketing, and quality control.

    Terry Ritchie, PMP

    Vice President, Training and Evaluation

    Terry has worked in the training and human performance field since 1987 when she received her M.S in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida (UCF). She is an Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) who has worked on and managed programs for the Government as well as commercial sector. She provides the consummate blend of academic learning theory with a student-centered common sense approach, providing training products that measurably improve task performance. She received her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2010.

    Melvern (Mel) Rushing

    Melvern (Mel) Rushing

    Mel completed his Navy career in 1993. A Vietnam combat veteran he enjoyed assignments in international programs, naval operations, supply systems, and major weapons acquisition. In the private sector he established and expanded business in the international, government, and defense markets, and served as the Executive Vice President of AgustaWestland, Inc., President & CEO of ETI Engineering, Inc., and General Manager of BAE Systems Detica GCS (Global Communications Solutions), Inc. Mel holds an MBA from the George Mason University School of Management and a BS in Public Administration from the University of Southern California School of Public Policy. He is a certified Weapon Systems Acquisition Manager with an additional Sub-specialty in Integrated Logistics Support.

    Linda Manassee Buell

    Vice President, Executive Coaching, Leader Development and Facilitation

    Linda leads the AMTIS executive coaching, leader development and facilitation services efforts. She combines 35 years in private business, non-profit organizations, and leadership positions in a Fortune 100 business. After 17 years of bottom line and leadership responsibility, she started her own international coaching company in 1996. She has coached thousands of individuals, small businesses, executives and teams across the United States, England, Israel, Japan, Australia, Russia, China, Lebanon and Brazil. Linda is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the International Coach Federation since 1999 and she is certified in Change Management Processes, Diversity and numerous 360 Assessments and other diagnostic tools. Linda has managed and led AMTIS coaching contracts across numerous government agencies since 2010 including the Department of Veteran Affairs, U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, National Nuclear Security Administration and the National Aeronautic and Space Administration. She brings her expertise, innovation and enthusiasm to every engagement.

    Kristin Page, CFCM

    Controller/Contract Administrator

    Kristin joined the AMTIS team in February of 2013. Prior to joining AMTIS she worked in the Financial and Healthcare industries, bringing a wide range of knowledge of accounting, finance, Human Resources, and Contract Management. Kristin graduated from Virginia Intermont College with a degree in Business Management and East Tennessee State University with a Master’s of Business Administration.

    Kyle Keefe, PHR

    Human Resources Manager

    Kyle joined the AMTIS team in May of 2010 as a University of Central Florida intern from the Industrial/Organizational Psychology Master’s program. Upon graduation, Kyle transitioned into the HR Administrator role bringing the previously outsourced Human Resources department completely in-house. Recently, Kyle received a well-deserved promotion as HR Manager. The HR team seamlessly continues to serve AMTIS employees, partners, and customers each day.
